Released on = April 5, 2007, 8:08 pm

Press Release Author = Jason S. Comely

Industry = Healthcare

Press Release Summary = Zero to Superhero, the recently released paperback, delves
into subject matter beyond the scope and responsibilities of personal trainers and
family doctors with fascinating mind and body tricks.

Press Release Body = Divorced, injured, bankrupt and overweight in the cold months
of 2001, Jason Comely was tired of being a loser. He set out on a fact-finding
mission to improve his health and his life, and eventually shed 80 lbs of body fat.
Meanwhile, Jason documented his findings and successes on-line. Soon others began
losing weight with his diet strategies. Zero to Superhero is the end results of the
author's formal studies, exhaustive research, and self-experimentation.

"Zero to Superhero, the e-book and recently released paperback edition, reports only
the good stuff. It's the information your personal trainer or family doctor won't
tell you," claims the author. "Here are secrets of the mind and body you always
wanted to know but never knew where to find." Dramatically increase strength and
muscle size in as little as 24 hours, lose the love handles, sleep better, run
faster, even change the way people feel about you with a gazing of the eyes are just
a few of the books "inside secrets".

After years of being his own best Guinea pig, Jason is confident Zero to Superhero
delivers results. "It works with incredible mind and body tricks gleaned everywhere
from empirical data to whispers at the local gym, and every other informational
source you can think of." Originally, Jason\'s experiments in self enhancement
weren\'t meant to be a book. It started as a ketogenic-based diet Jason retooled and
published on his personal web page. Response was surprisingly enthusiastic,
including a charged email from a 42 year old female reader from Chicago who insisted
the diet needed to be a full-fledged book: "Atkins is boring, Body Opus is out of
print, McDonald is too scientific, and the Zone is not readable." she wrote. "Your
book is what\'s wanted and needed."

The book's concept expanded in breadth and depth when Jason went to college for an
education in personal training and fitness theory. That foundation of knowledge,
coupled with anecdotal records from his own intense weight training and insatiable
appetite for the inside angle, ultimately defined what is now a successful selling
e-book cum paperback release.

Jason S. Comely is currently enrolled at Mohawk College , where he is pursuing his
Business Marketing degree. More information regarding the Zero to Superhero e-book
